Lied about in stock merchandise

“I have placed several orders with ZenHydro but this will be my last. I placed two large orders and checked out. The following day I received a full refund for both orders with emails explaining that the items were out of stock. I went back to the website and sure enough all items were shown as in stock. “Their website says they'll match the price of another reputable seller by an extra 5%.

I contacted them to price match the frames and lenses i ordered and they said they will not price match the lenses. There is NO fine print stating this is for frames only.

Don't lie to customers and follow through with your price match guarantee. If you're going to advertise a price match guarantee
and say it's for frames only, then add that to the fine print. Until then, you should price match the entir...”
