This is the second time I purchase parts for my pc's from NewEgg, the first one being 4 days ago. I'm so convinced that NewEgg is simply superior in quality, delivery of product, customer service and understanding of customers more than any other company in the market. Just look at the percentage of satisfied customers. My last shipment arrived 1 day before schedule and everything was intact. I had a few questions and concerns and the Customer Service resolved and cleared everything apart from being very pleasant to talk to.
Two Thumbs Up.
Whenever you're at newegg.com, you feel they're trying really hard to please YOU, the customer.
Thanks NewEgg.com!! I will not shop anywhere else anymore.

Price of RAM decreased after I ordered and newegg customer service did adjusted the price match. Really with the product I received and overall customer service.

I've used NewEgg for many years and have been quite pleased. They are usually competitive on pricing. I also find that the site is organized well enough that I can easily track down parts.
I sometimes wish they had more exotic computer equipment choices (for example, more server style SAS drives ) but that's not a huge problem, as I usually need commodity parts, anyway.
I recently called them on the phone for an RMA, and the process went very smoothly. I received an email with the return label in it withing a minute or so.

As usual Newwegg gave me excellent service with an excellent prodoct. Have purchased many items from Newegg and never had anything but great service, fast shipping and terrific products!!

I had decided to build my own PC (for the first time) to run Ubuntu Linux and started shopping at Newegg and PCConnection. Newegg's website is the best as it allows you to narrow the search using various criteria, not to mention having the lowest prices. After many agonizing weeks of looking at my options and trying to find the best features & performance for the buck, I decided on a list of 9 items, frustrating as it was to see various promotions and discounts appear and disappear on a daily basis. Long story short, I place my order and noticed the following day that two of the items had come down in price by $50.
So I had a live chat with Customer Service Rep Julie Martinez, and within minutes she was able to give me a credit on my order even though Newegg officially does not offer a price gurantee.
Customer Service at Newegg is first rate as was the agent I dealt with. There is no better place to shop for electronics.
To improve shopping experience even more, the only suggestion I can make is that Newegg offer automatic price adjustments if price goes down within a few days of placing an order.
Thanks Julie and Newegg for easing my anxiety about my first big order.

So I had bought an ASUS P5N-D motherboard from Newegg and was working fine until just days after Newegg's 30 day replacement policy. So I called Newegg and talked to them and they told me to talk to ASUS. So I did and for 2 weeks I was jerked around by ASUS and they finally told me that my motherboard was out of stock...which was complete BS. My problem was that I'm a college student and I am also taking a couple of online classes, so I can't be with out my computer for half a month, so I called back Newegg and basically pleaded that ASUS was not doing jack s**t and that I just needed to have someone send me a new mobo first and then I could send my defect. Newegg CAME THROUGH WITH SHINING COLORS! They even told me that they would basically cover the next day shipping! Unbelievable! All I had to do is was to buy a new motherboard and then when they receive my defect item and approve it, they would credit me a full refund! AWESOME NEWEGG CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I made a mistake and didn't order the correct qty, so I called customer service to have the item added to my order. Jeff apologized for the long wait on the phone and offered to ship all items free. my first purchase and was very impressed.

Newegg recently had a digital camera deal going on... it was to come with a free 2GB card and case... somewhere in the process of looking at cameras and actually placing the order there was a mistake made. I didn't get the 2GB card and case as I was hoping. I called customer service, and talked to Doreena Ines and she saw what I was trying to order. Without hesitation she went ahead and put in the order for the free 2GB card and case with out any fuss. Next time I see a deal, I'll pay very close attention to which button I press.

Minimal problems, a few with my address information, but it was taken care of and my item is on it's way. Newegg has always been a good company and I will continue to shop with them.

I don't see how any company could beat Newegg's customer service. I have purchased some products from them over the years but only recently called their customer service for the first time. The product I purchased in April completely ceased to function. On the website they referred to the manufacturer for warranty assistance. I only called Newegg for information, but customer service representative Ivan Godoy took ownership of the situation and completely resolved my issue. Needless to say, Newegg has found themselves another life-long loyal customer.
