"ordered a set of wheels 7 business days have went with no valid tracking #, their website says last 6 digit's is the tracking # (not valid). cheap prices, steep shipping...i'm wondering if they even have the product in stock as i have not receive a response to my email(s). so-i'm getting ready to call the bank for a reversal of my $ and write off this online retailer...i will update this if things change."

"Ordered two sets of 8 wheels, 2 shirts, brakes. Contacted customer support numerous times, with no responses. Unable to track order. The brakes, the ONLY reason I origionally shopped at the site, did not arrived with my order (they were removed from my order, as they were out of stock.. of course, this isn't listed on their site, and they dont tell you until your package arrives)...
Wheels were flawed, but about what I expected for the price.
Prices are hard to beat, there is always something you could use for a VERY good price... however, shipping is 11 bucks, with just about any order you place, so it evens out."

"I have mixed feelings. I ordered a pair of '99 Mission Mod 4 inline hockey skates which are hard to find now. The price was great and the skates arrived early (ordered Wednesday night, received Monday UPS ground); however, the picture displayed on the website did not accurately reflect what I received and still does not 2 weeks later. The boot is the same style but the skates I received have red & white stripes and the chassis is a yellow/gold color instead of silver. Despite the discrepancies between what I thought I was ordering and what I actually received, I lean towards being satisfied with this purchase, since I do like the skates that I got and I hadn't been able to find them anywhere else; but I may hesitate to order from inlinesports.com in the future because of the uncertainty of whether the picture will be accurate."

"Good retailer, I've had several good experiences with them. Their prices can't be beat (everything is always so cheap, I don't know how they can do it) but their shipping cost is a bit steep if you're only ordering a few small cheap items, well worth it on larger purchases. Shipments get here right on time."
