"Extremely poor quality and worse customer support. When I wanted to return the defective merchandise I was told the only way to do so was to ship internationally and incur a huge loss due to shipping expense - when he had them drop shipped from his US supplier to me originally."

"WiredBeans is a great place to buy products, some of which I have never seen before (Possibly original). Prices are right on with many larger online resellers.
I ordered a set of UV Re-Active Cables and a set of Nickel Plated Copper BGA Ramsinks. Everything came to me in mint condition. The nickel ramsinks are not the TweakMonster version, nor where they advertised as such, but were much, MUCH less expensive. Awesome product.
The only bad thing I can say is that the shipping took a bit long to arrive. After emailing the owner of the store (I think), Henry, he had explained that there was a shipping mixup and re-sent the package with upgraded shipping (or so it seems because I got the package a day after he said he re-sent it). Henry was very polite and quick with his responses.
Will definatly do business with WiredBeans again."

"A little slow for an online seller, but....
I placed an order on 4/23/03 for a UV Kit (cables, light, ties) and 4 UV fans. I was notified, after a request for shipment status, that my order had been held due to inventory shortage. The seller was friendly and appologetic. I received my order VIA USPS, drop shipped from the distributor on Saturday, 5/3/03. While I am not sure that I can rely on this company for my business, I will certainly use them for my personal use. They have great prices and shipping is more than reasonable. I wish them well, and hope they can improve their shipping methods to a point where I can utilize them in my business. The business owner/operator's name is Henry (I assume), since that is the only person who responded to my emails. He is pretty quick to respond and helps as much as he can."
