"I configured and purchased a barebones i7 DDR5 PC. Received the PC very well packed and exactly as I ordered. I added a RTX 2070 Ultra, 32GB DDR5 7600 OC RAM, 2TB Gen 5 M.2 Drive and a Audigy FX PCIe Sound Card. System works perfectly and has not locked up once yet. I highly recommend adding the expediated processing to your order, my system was built and shipped in 2 days instead of the typical 2-3 weeks. Magic Micro is an amazing gem in the online world!"

Great Computer, Great Customer Service
"I would rate this company more stars if I could. They sent me a great build of exactly how i wanted. Magic Micro contacted me directly during the assembly of the computer to point out some items that should be added that I did not think about when customizing the rig. Elena was very responsive with concerns I had after I had received my computer. Which they promptly remedied. They employ a great financing company for those who can take advantage of those with the credit. All in all, this was a great experience. I don't give out recommendations very often, but I would highly recommend Magic Micro."

I havent recieved yet but customer service was just ugh
"So i ordered a barebones and called to Make a couple tweeks. I spoke with an elena. To say she is brazen and rude is somewhat an understatement. It appeared even asking her a question was ruining her day and she actually refused to answer and told me to just look at price difference online. Hoping pc comes intact and functioning but i will say i am more then put off by customer service so far"

What a waste of time and money
"Tried to up sell me on an item for $20 more than they should have.
Substituted a had drive without asking me
Substituted the cpu cooler without asking me and then it was not installed correctly, has no back-plate and the cpu goes into thermal throttling. I regret ever doing business with this company. Stay away if you can."

Just rude and clipped.
"Generally in the past when ordering from MMicro - I have been very happy with the results.
The last few interactions were a lesson in caution and dealing with rude, uncaring people.
Just one in my experience.
Elena is her name.
She acts put out when conversing and is rude and acts self important.
The quality of build by their tech team, is great and professional.
Elena, however, is not someone that should represent your company.
They should do away with rude, uncaring and unprofessional persons such as Elena.
I'll look else where for my next build.
Rest assured."
