Scammer

"I ordered a pair of glasses on the 20th of april, I emailed them asking why my tracking was not working and they said "unfortunately the glasses was out of stock" they said it won't be back for the next 2-3 weeks. I waited as I really wanted that frame. After 3 weeks I emailed them again asking if it was back in stock, they said its still not. Now that I've lost interest with that glasses I asked them for a refund about 2 weeks ago, they sent me a link to fill out a form but it was a wrong link, that link is for returing a product. I emailed them I am not returning a product as I've never received one. I am trying to contact them but still haven't heard from them.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SITE! I've ordered from other site like firmoo and they are way better.

Stellar Customer Service now the wait to see if they are better than zenni optical

"OK I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from zenni and the Rx were wrong the don't give insurance, no do they want to fix thier glitches they offer only half of your money back minus any discounts given. Booooooo. So I run into this site after trying to get zenni to act right...I'm thinking what could it hurt? So I try to place the order online and I'm shown I'll get 55% off my first order. I was unable to get it entered online. BUT I was able to call in and place the order but with a little lesser discount"

NO GLASSES

"Firstly, I would just like to to say that I made a mistake with my order, I forgot one number on my address. When I emailed glassesusa about it they emailed me back saying that it would take an extra 2 weeks, which is understandable because I made a mistake. However, when I tracked the packaged it said it was delivered back to their company a month ago. In the email they sent me, they said it would take 2 weeks to get to me when they have received the package back.

I am disappointed and somewhat angry that it is taking this long. I know I made a mistake with my order, but they said 2 weeks and it has been 1 month.

Unhelpful, really.

"I ordered a set of rx sunglasses. Got a call the next day from a male, who left a message spoken so quickly and mashed together I had no idea what it said. I called the number back on my phone, cause I couldn't understand who to even call, and was told my rx wouldn't work for the frames I chose. She was going to send me a link to reorder with a different frame. I never got the email."

Decent glasses, but some missing information

"I had to reorder glasses with different lens because I was unhappy with what I first got. The issue was a lack of information being providing about what I was ordering, so the lens weren't what I was expecting. I was ultimately able to return them and reorder a new pair, but the process was a bit longer and more roundabout that i would've liked. But I did get a return, and I do like the new frames."
