"Don't buy. My next day delivery order didn't turn up and still hasn't to this day. They don't have a contact number and I have send numerous emails to which it says I will have a reply within 24 hours and never do. I'm gobsmacked they actually still have an advert on TV. DIABOLICAL "

"Absoloute worst website. I don't know why I still purchase from them, but give them the benefit of the doubt the next I do ill have a better experience. I seem to always prove myself wrong. I bought another lot of clothes from their website using EXPRESS SHIPPING, received an email from PLT to say my item has been dispatched and received the tracking number. There are absolutely no updates on the tracking website with the given tracking number. They are using Aramex and I know from all their reviews their a shocking company to begin with. I've spoken to at least 3 girls to help me out, and all say they aren't sure what's going on, which just isn't good enough. I asked them if they could check and ensure the parcel physically has been dispatched and is awaiting for courier pick up. Every time I get their dispatch email, there is always an update on the tracking info. Which leads me to believe they probably haven't even set it out to leave their warehouse. No one will check for me either. Absolute worst experiences every time I shop on here. I have no idea how they still allow this website to be advertised on Ad's on national TV."
Dress arrived ripped and had been clearly worn and returned
"Took ages to arrive, my dress was completely ripped and had obviously been worn (smelt like perfume). Couldn't return it as needed it for an event and i had already paid $30 for it so didn't have money to buy another dress. Really dissappointed. I won't be buying from them again, which **** because some of the clothes are so nice looking. "
Terrible customer service
"WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My order never arrived as I discovered that my full address had not been given to the courier - full address was entered on website and is shown on confirmation email. They refused to correct this error themselves and I was told that I should replace the order myself. Furthermore, I was offered NO compensation for the inconvenience. After this, I placed a second order only for the same mistake to be made AGAIN (not to mention that some of the items I previously ordered were already sold out). Once again I was told that I needed to contact the courier and try to sort it out myself. This is not even possible as the courier website says to contact the sender!!! After a month of failed clothes orders, disgraceful customer service and wasted time I am in the exact same position I started in with no other response from Pretty Little Things apart from 'sorry'.I will never order from this site again and will advise all my friends and family to do the same."
"BEWARE!! Do NOT order from this company. They have terrible customer service and apparently people that don't know how to fill an order properly. I ordered a dress in a size 4 (I have email confirmation to prove it) but I received the dress in a size 8!! I don't know how you mix up the two sizes. I emailed them about the issue and received an automated response saying I would hear from them in 24 hours. Three days later...nothing. I then emailed them again telling them I want a courtesy return label for their mistake. Received the automated email again saying someone would respond within 24 hours. It's been about a week and a half now and still I have not heard from them. There is no phone number contact and no one has gotten back to me. At this point I'm going to return the dress at my own expense and hope I get a refund. Oh and if you think you want to pay $10 extra for expedited shipping don't do it. My order still took 2 weeks to arrive. We need to report this company"
"I returned 2 orders back to this company in the same box they only refunded me for one order which was the cheaper order and now are telling me they never received the second refund but it was all in the same box. i shop at this company all the time and they are refusing to talk to the person who opened the return box to check instead they are telling me they never received it . Now I'm supposed to be out of clothes and money because you as a company want to play games with customersbe aware current and previous customers this company does not care about anything but keeping your money.i'm so upset 105 dollars of clothes and money they refuse to fix do what is right for goodness sake"
Do not order from Pretty Little thing
"Placed an order and paid £4.99 next day delivery and 5 days later I'm still waiting. I emailed the customer services team the following day to let them know and they just emailed back saying 'it was being looked into' Not once did they say they would refund me the delivery charge and send me out my order again. I emailed again to ask what was going on and they just kept coming back saying 'it is being looked into' clearly dont care as long as they have there money. So I am still waiting for my order with no clue to if and when I will receive this. Very unprofessional and no customer care at all. Will deffinitley not be ordering from them again and I will pass this word around as its disgusting how they have handled this. Many other similar company's to go to such as miss guided, boo hoo, in the style etc, just dont bother with these."
"I just recently placed an order with PLT and my order total was $51.79 including "theshaderoom" discount and shipping. I was absolutely fine with that until I looked at my bank statement 10 minutes later and found out I was really charged $67.29!! I contacted them via Facebook and talked to some trick name Zoey and she tried to inform me that they charged me in pounds instead of US dollars. So I did my math in pounds and guess what?? I learned that I was overcharged even more!!!! Stupid **** **** think women from the US are dumb or some ****. But they picked the right one to play with, I'm letting my bank deal with it. DISPUTED LIKE A MF! & btw I'll never shop with them again. Wish I would have checked the reviews first but they had Kylie Jenner rocking their **** so I thought I was good. Never again! **** y'all PLT. I hope the owner of they **** site and workers go bankrupt and fall off a building with a pig **** in they mouth. "
"If i could give no stars i would. I returned all my items the first time around, (didnt fit, damaged items). You have to pay for shipping back which can be up to 15$, they lost my packages and waited over 2 months for a refund after emailing them everyday. There's no phone number to call. If an item doesn't fit, you have to return it and rebuy. Its way too much of a hassle. I finally decided to reorder the 2 body suits that came damaged and ordered a size 8, i got it yesterday and they sent me a size 12 in both. My email confirmation says size 8, the invoice says size 12. Seriously how hard is it to get the right size. So im not waiting for a response from customer service. Im officially done and annoyed. Do not waste your time or money."

"I still have not received my items and it has been 30 days. I even paid for USA EXPRESS SHIPPING! Ridiculous. Customer service does not help or care AT ALL. I've reached out about 10 times and all the customer service respresentatives say, "we'll check on it" ...Well, it's been a month!! I've been demanding a refund, but they ignore it. I spent about $70! I will NEVER shop here again."
