This company lies, obfuscates and delays endlessly.
"Ordered what was listed as a new NVR. I received an open-box item with no documentation and found the item had already been registered to another user/admin account. As a result, I am unable to use this device at all. Surveillance-video.com is completely unavailable. The link on their website to request an RMA does not work at all. Calling the toll-free number on their website results in a lengthy time spent on hold and then sent to voicemail. Call is never returned despite leaving numerous voicemails. Also emailed the website directly but have not received any response. All I want is a refund but this company makes itself completely unavailable."

Outright thievery
"I ordered a camera over a year ago.
I received it and set it up and the stupid thing wouldn't focus.
I asked for a refund, but they said they could only repair it.
I sent it back, and didn't hear anything for months.
Finally, they said they could not repair it and would refund my money.
That was a few months ago.
They have the camera, my nonprofit is out over $600.
They are scam artists and need to be held to account."

Worse company ever terrible support..
"This company has a lousy BBB rating…
Purchased a new blind spot monitoring system and add said universal system easily added to vehicles.
Well that was a lie!!! Can’t install on steel bumpers and when I called them to find out why it would not work the tec said it does not work with steel bumpers.
Nice to know before purchasing and misleading add.
Refused to take it back and the support lady was rude and argumentative.
Said it was my fault for buying the wrong item and I should of checked with them first.
No where in add did it say check with them or does not work on steel bumpers.
Refused to take back.
Stuck with a 400 piece of crap."

Poor customer service, when I called to inquire the status of my order...the just kept insisting it ships in 10 business days....
"Well...those business days a) are not up it's been 13 and it's still in "pending" status. I have had ZERO contact from them, save when I called an got a very annoyed representative that shouldn't be in customer service.
Also, turns out, the 10 business days - means they ORDER IT, and it take 10 BUSINESSDAYS to ship to them. RIP OFF! Had I know that, I would have ordered somewhere else. WHO HAS 1 MONTH to wait on a device that you can get on AMAZON in 1 week or less?
This is why Amazon is cleaning up the competition. This is no way to treat a first time buyer. I will mostly definitely not return, and very likely going to cancel the order if it's not SHIPPED to me by next week.
FYI - addressing Surveillance-Video personnel: It's not my issue that you are doing business like it's 1940, so don't give me attitude when I am surprised it's taking more than 2 weeks to get my project out of "processing" status....and now it's been 13 BUSINESS days (so you're even behind your own 1940's shipping schedule. The Big Island of Hawaii can get products faster than 13 BUSINESS days."

Excellent Quality.
"We got the camera it is not the first we buy but we have to say it is way far above the other taken previously. Vision is clear in both dark and light. Very sharp images. It also works with alexa. It took us a while to set it up but in the end a bomb."
