"I previously bought an HPE server from you. After I received it, I found out that It would not run Windows 7 or 10. I returned it and was told that I had to pay a restocking charge. I just ordered a replacement HP computer, which does run Windows 10. I don't think that I should have to pay a restocking charge on the computer that I just returned. It was never used and is in its original carton."

Poor Shipping Policy

"After being a member for decades and having stuff shipping to my UPS Store Address. They have decided to refuse to ship there???? Then would not respond to inquiries why. Letter said they simply do not. Well they have forever, It is my VERIFIED PayPal address and on fill with my CC so why not.. Now I have to take a day off work so I can actually be home to receive my package, IF their tracking info is correct and I get a heads up it is coming!!!!"
