“I was patiently awaiting a shipment that should have been here yesterday Yet at 4 AM UPS new they had an issue with their truck and decided it was OK at that time not to make other arrangements Like maybe get another truck...I don't let see it's only 4 AM ARE you guys kidding??? At one time I would only want to send my items by UPS but lately USPS outshines them in every way..it's suprising This was what I got on 12/7 for their excuse from UPS 12/07/2016 4:00 A.M. A late UPS trailer arrival has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible. / Delivery will be rescheduled.”

“I ordered a kennel for my dog and was told it would be shipped out right away it was in stock. Then 5 days later still not shipping information on my item and Petco send me an e-mail stating we messed up!! Please accept our apology our warehouse was going through some transition..really on cyber Monday??? They offered a 25% off upon for future orders. In show of good faith, why couldn't they have reimbursed me for the inconvenience of how long it was taking for me to get this item. We are 11 days out and still no kennel ”
