“I ordered several items from Pat Pat and like anything when you order online you are never quite sure what you are going to get. I did see feedback about the long delivery times, but it was very clear on their website that it does take some time. I expected it so I wasn't surprised or angry by the wait. I received a partial shipment because two items had not come in yet and all paperwork and emails that I received were really helpful. I even received a notice that one of the items that I purchased, may have some issues with shrinkage and that it was not up to their quality standard. They apologized and informed me that they will be sending another item free of charge to make up for what was sent. I thought that was fantastic. When I received all of my shipment I noticed that although it had been identified on the form, I actually did not receive one of the items. I sent and email to the company and let them know the situation. They were able to confirm that this was an error on their end and refunded me the money right away.
I was super amazed at he customer service. I will 100% use them again to purchase items!”
