“I purchased an LG 65" OLED TV (65EF9500) online from them because they had a very competitive price and excellent reviews. I wish I could say the transaction was problem free but it wasn't. My TV arrived on schedule but wouldn't power up. The LG power indicator was lit but nothing on the screen. Turned out that the TV was damaged in shipping and the display had a small crack in the lower left corner, just under the yellow power rating sticker which kept us from finding it right away. I called CP and they had another brand new TV on its way within a couple of days. It was delivered this morning and they picked up the defective unit at the time. The new unit is working perfectly.
It's easy to givea 5-star review when everything goes smoothly, but a vendor's true nature shows thru in how they deal with the problems that invariably come up. Chris from CP was on top of things, from the initial ordering to issuing the tracking# and then in replacing the damaged unit. I never had that anxious feeling that my order was in jeopardy. I'd order again from the in a heartbeat.”
