“Groupon probably should not have assumed that my issue was resolved when it really wasn't. Not a good idea to ask me to review when you dropped the ball. The vouchers that I bought did not work at the site that I went to. I contacted your tech pport who said that they would cancel them and send me replacements within an hour. After a week of waiting I didn't get anything so I contacted you again. The rep who replied gave me a completely different story, as did the next one. Still not resolved. Good job, guys.”
“Like many others, was tempted by the discounted initial outfit. Once I got it home though, I was not especially impressed with the quality. The fabric of the pants is just slightly thinner than it really should be. They are definitely not compression pants. The top was okay, but again higher quality fabric would have been better. Sizing is inconsistent and one of my newest tanks faded badly after one cold water wash. Old Navy has better quality.
I have been meaning to cancel but you have to call them, which is annoying. Also, they shortened the period that you have to review the monthly outfits before deciding if you want one. It's not a big deal but then they also stopped sending out the email reminder that I had to skip that month or they would charge me.
I ended up being charged three times and having to order what I would call the best of bad options. ”
