"What a terrific business to purchase from!! This merchant has integrity and clearly understands how to treat customers...I was not just another sale. I was a buyer that was treated as a CEO. I was kept inform of my order, from a glitch at the Shipping Center to a tracking number emailed to me as soon as my items were shipped. My items were very well packed. I will continue to purchase items from this merchant as they have won my business. BTW- all phone calls were returned within 15 minutes with a heartfelt apology for not answering my call.
With customer service in today's World fading, this merchant goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the transaction. This merchant KNOWS customer service!!! They are AWESOME to deal with!!
