"I bought a camera from these guys. After calling to "confirm" my billing information, they lied about the capacity of the battery that came with it and upsold me a "long-life" battery.
When I decided to return the long-life battery, I had to phone them, wait on hold multiple times and then argue with them before I was able to return it without a restocking fee.
Finally, after seeing this review, they called me and offered to pay me $10 for the shipping I paid to return the battery and "for my time" *if* I changed this review."
