“Origin charged me twice for the same digital product and does not provide refunds for digital content. Asking to only be charged once is not technically a refund but Origin has no phone support, no email support, only a chat with hours of waiting.
Their game is inoperative and they refuse to give any refunds. That alone is enough to not do business with them again. If you do manage to do business good luck getting a hold of them if something goes wrong.”
“I had ordered a few things before without problem and had signed up for prime membership that was before I bought a costume for Halloween. When I made the selection of costume amazon.com wouldn't admit it was in stock until you selected color and size and my pick happened to be in stock. Being a prime member I qualified for free 2 day shipping. I had purchased 2 items in the same order one arrived on my door in 2 days very quickly. A few days later I wondered where my costume was. I logged on to find out and the estimated delivery was Nov 17-30 more than 30 days after my order. I emailed Amazon and their reply was that if its not in stock at the nearest supplier it can take up to 5 days to ship the item, and packaging can also take 24 hours. Which is fine I gave them 10 days to get the item to my door. In that very email they estimated Nov 17-30th completely ignoring their own math. When I called them up the representative admitted I would get it quicker by going directly to the retailer. So the item wasn't really in stock, they lied. They sent me an email with an excuse on why it takes up to 6 days and then in the same email estimate 30 days. I canceled my prime membership and decided to let others know that you may qualify for 2 day shipping but they wont ship it for a month.”
