The best way to go region-free

"After recently upgrading most of the components of my home theater, I decided it was time to add a region-free Bluray/DVD player. After a little digging in online forums, it became clear that the go-to store for most people is 220-electronics.com. I'm not an A/V expert, so I found the technical information and recommendations on their site very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for (4K UHD player that supports all regions of Bluray and DVD), and the product I selected was in stock and ready to ship. I ordered Sunday, the order was confirmed and shipped Monday, and I received it Wednesday. Everything was packaged like it was straight from the manufacturer with added instructions for how to switch regions and troubleshoot. I hooked everything up and was playing region A and B Blurays in minutes. I really can't say enough about the product I received from 220-electronics.com, and their pricing is very competitive. If you want to go region-free, this is the place!"

Wrong item sent

"I ordered a new Sony BDP-6500 and my invoice reflected this. I was however sent a different model, the Sony BDP-6700. While this may be a more recent model, it did not offer me the ability to rip my SACD's . When I contacted the company I was told that the 6500 is no longer available and could not be supplied.
The seller should have informed me prior to shipping that the model to be delivered was not what I ordered.
I had already paid $125 for shipping plus another $70 for local VAT and import duties. Sending it back was not worthwhile. I was given a paltry $50 refund.
