"We have a 4 seating sofa. Our dog chewed through some wires and the main motor has to be replaced. I called and and spoke to Richard about the problem. Ge was patient and knowledgeable and very kind with my many questions and concerns. He found the part I needed and ordered it for me and had it sent out. Within minutes, I got an order confirmation and a copy of my original order for the sofa from four years ago. He was absolutely wonderful and I enjoyed speaking with him. He gave me the name of a local company that could replace the motor for me . Thank you Richard, you saved the day!!!!!"
