"I finally emptied my previous roll of return address labels. Near the end of the roll was an information label to order more of the same labels, so I did. I received the labels in just a few days, but I was not happy with the printing which had some gaps and light spots like you might see at home when your printer is low on ink. I sent them an email describing the problem and included a picture of one of the new labels, side by side with one of my previous labels which I really liked. I quickly received a response that they would send replacement labels. These also arrived in just a few days and the printing is much better and does not have the issues I noted with the first batch. These are not what I would call "premium" labels and would not expect a business to use them, but considering that they are significantly less expensive than many other choices, they are quite adequate for my personal use. There are some negative reviews where people apparently want labels redone at no cost, even though the error was their own. This doesn't seem fair to the business. My experience is these are very good budget priced labels."

"I ordered a roll of address labels. When they got here, the quality is horrible. The top line is so far at the top of the label that part of the name is cut off. The labels look like they were printed by an elementary school student on a home computer! I emailed to say I was disappointed and the companies reply didn't even make sense and they tried to blame it on me! Save yourself the waste of money and order from another place. This place is very unprofessional!"
