"Took a few months to get the unit in. They told me it was delayed, but tried to switch to a different brand. When I asked to stay with the brand I requested and researched I did get it, but took much longer than expected. It came with a subscription to a program to track it. That program subscription expired quickly and I could never get them to quote me the price to extend it."
