"I normally work with Kristen, who is truly phenomenal and I've already written a rave review about her. Recently, I had an urgent issue and unfortunately Kristen was out on the day I wrote to her. Branden responded, even though I reached out directly to Kristen, and he was every bit as kind, patient, and understanding. This company clearly only hires the best!! The products never disappoint, but the customer service is what keeps me a customer for the long haul."

"I selected to purchase 3.0 Tru Fit Counter; from the main page I selected the option with the graphic skirt. I proceeded to purchase; I kept receiving information that I would receive a link to artwork after purchase, giving the impression that I was in fact purchasing the counter with the graphic skirt. I completed my order, again received the message stating I would receive an artwork link, and that the artwork had to be approved by 11am for same day production. Couple days pass and I don't receive the link, so I reached out and was told that I had only purchased a black skirt, not a graphic skirt. The lady had to take me back to the page and show me this small extra option I was just supposed to know to search for to click the graphic option. Even though everything along the way was labeled graphic and nothing was listed as plain black. I suggested that they update that option to make it clear it was black, and to not have graphic listed on an all-black skirt. I had to pay an additional fee to upgrade from a black skirt to a graphic skirt, which is understandable. Then, when it came time to upload artwork, the portal link they sent me would not work on my end or their end, it would freeze, so they had to create a completely different link to a separate website called we transfer. This extended the time frame once again, so another day passed that I missed the 11am same day production deadline. Finally got the artwork sorted out, just to find the invoice situation would be my next and biggest issues. Completed the original sale for $280.24, I should have a receipt showing this. I added the graphic skirt for $78, I should have a separate receipt showing this. Instead, I have one receipt showing $333.20, which isn't $280.24 + $78, so not sure where the $333.20 is coming from. I work for government, so I am required to show an ITEMIZED receipt for EACH transaction. On my purchase card departments end, they require a receipt for both individual charges. When I reached out to the Ace Display sales department about this, they told me they would not provide me with two individual receipts that match the charge from THEIR company to my purchase card. I was sent a transaction screenshot, that I explained I could not use because it was not itemized, it did not even list the company, or my information. I was told it would suffice to "reconcile" my finance department.... it most certainly did not.... let's just say I am no longer allowed to purchase from Ace Display again, and not by my own wishes. Then, I reached out to the account manager, he confirmed they could not provide two individual itemized receipts for the two times they charged my purchase card. He was able to provide two merchant invoices, but the first one has items listed that equal $523.80 but has the total at $280.24. The second has no items listed, just a total of $52.96. Still was not able to use these two receipts with my purchase card department as they looked extremely fabricated and none of the numbers remotely match or explain the purchase, again leading to this being a banned company for us to purchase from. Which is incredibly misfortunate because we just rebranded and therefore need all new brand items. Now I will have to find another company and hope their colors will match this Tru Fit counter we now have. "
