"They have absolutely no communication. I waited two and a half months to receive my sign. The sign cost me $200. I placed the order 4/2. I checked the order on their website daily as all email efforts were to no avail as they did not respond to a single one. I found on their website that a label was created with UPS on 5/18. The package was not dropped off with UPS until 6/6. I received the sign 6/10. I had never bought from this company so with no communication I was concerned it was a scam. It was not. The sign finally did arrive so I canceled my issue resolution claim with PayPal. "
