"I ordered an Earthworks SR117 microphone (via Amazon) which Alto Music shipped promptly. When it arrived I saw that the box was beat up with the seals broken indicative of returned, used or B-stock merchandise although it was not marketed as anything but new product. Now I have to wait until *they* get it back before I get a refund. "
