"I bought a desk top PC from iBuyPower and I'm here to tell you that it is a great computer.
Easy to configure and set up. Beautiful machine, stable and very, very fast.
Forget HP, Dell, Lenovo and the other "big guys." You will get a lot more for your money by buying an iBuyPower PC.
And Amazon, overnight delivery - ya gotta love Amazon Prime.

Fraud unauthorized payments

"Amazon has the worst customer service, they have no way in their site to contact customer service, so you have to google the number. Then when call the number when they don’t hang up on you, their people aren’t even trained for the job, they cannot find your account or read the notes. Then you have to jump through hoops to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to 3 supervisors in a week, lie, lie, lie I guess the job qualification to be a supervisor is to be a pathological liar. I was trying to pay with a gift card, I put my personal debit card for a hot minute they ran with it. The next morning my bank the fraud department called me Amazon had a field day with my card. My debit card was cancel, as of today I still have no debit card. The 1st supervisor said Payroll was going to email me to issue a refund, by Wednesday called the 2nd supervisor she said by Friday I would get the email, another lie naturally, the 3rd supervisor advised that it wasn’t going to happen, and by then I’m beyond upset, I had to call my bank to file fraud charges. I never have any communication from Amazon even trying to apologize for all the mental stress and the hurt they have caused me not only for their action of fraud on my account but for the lies that their people have caused me.
