"Scammers. I paid for a K&N air intake on 08/29 and was told the item would arrive in 2-5 business days. The email stated that I would receive a notification when the item was shipped. Almost a week went by with no update to the shipping, so I reached out to their customer service email team on 09/03. They responded to let me know that the order would be shipped out on 09/06 and be delivered by 09/10. There was never a notification that it was shipped and 09/10 came and went with no delivery. The email team has stopped responding to my messages and I have opened a claim with my credit card."
