"This company is in my view the worst that I have dealt with in many years. I ordered two struts for my vehicle on February 3rd. 2025. The FedEx tracking number which they provided, stated that it would arrive on Saturday, the 8th. No such luck. I waited until Monday, the 10th. to contact the company as they have very limited hours of operation. Aaron, the online live assistant was both rude and not helpful. I emailed the link sent to me to review them (what nerve!) to complain that I had not received the items. I am still waiting two days later to hear back from them!
