From day one, nothing but problems. The company is VERY attentive—until they get your money. After payment, they ignored key details from my initial email, dismissed my design queries (despite providing my own and that they request a very detailed description for their included design services), they also never answered basic delivery questions. After confirming my design, they went silent. Emails go unanswered, and their phone number just leads to voicemail. I tried reaching out several times. Avoid."
