"Big shout out to Bake Deco— they were able to sell me my beloved Valhrona Chocolate Crunchy Pearls (the caramellia version is divine) at the lowest cost I could find online. The shipping was quick and due to Hurricane Milton, my product experienced some damage on the way. The Bake Deco team addressed it right away and shipped a free replacement. Very kind team and good business, would shop here again."

"Beware! I ordered a GREEN trash can from this seller and was sent a Beige colored trash can. I sent the receipt of the item TWICE where you could clearly see the trash can was GREEN and was refused a refund since they said I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT even though I sent the receipt to them TWICE. Then they wanted to know from where the product was ordered paying NO attention to the email communication that clearly marked from where AND the entity from which the item was ordered had ALREDY contacted them!!! All of this was documented in the email BakeDeco sent to ME! "
