"I recently purchased a 95" x 95" spa cover that folds in the middle, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. When placing the order, I overlooked selecting "truck" shipping, which resulted in the cover being sent to me in 12 separate UPS boxes. Instead of a functional spa cover, I now have what feels like a jigsaw puzzle that’s completely impractical.
The pieces don’t assemble into a sturdy cover, meaning it cannot support ice or snow, which is a critical need for winter. "
