"Ok, here we go! My name is Jim and I'm not really a big fan of leaving reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so. First and foremost, I would like to mention Kayla Hanson who works in merchandising at Bob's watches. Over the last 30-45 days I have had the privilege of working with Kayla on 3 Rolex watches, one datejust and 2 explorers. The watches were shipped several days apart and each one was received the next day after the order. After trying the watches on, I decided to keep only one and sent the others back. After the watches were received and inspected, there was a prompt refund given. I spoke with Kayla Hanson and emailed her on many occasions asking specific questions that were promptly returned. Throughout our conversations and emails, it was clear to me that Kayla was more interested in me getting the watch I loved rather than just making a sale. Kayla went above and beyond any other customer care representative I have ever encountered. Kayla was unflappable, patient, empathetic, creative, resourceful, and had a great deal of product knowledge.
Another excellent employee of Bob's watches is Leslye Madina, she works in customer service. I worked with Leslye at times while working with Kayla, Leslye is another employee of Bob's watches that should be commended, she did whatever it took to make sure I was happy. Leslye and I communicated by phone and emails while she helped me navigate through different questions I had until they were resolved.
About 27 years ago I bought a Rolex datejust from Bob's watches and it was a great experience, that's why I decided to go with them again. If you are looking to buy or sell a watch, I recommend Bob;s watches.
I have been in business since "1977" so I know a little about being in business. Bob;s watches does it right.

"Bought an Oris in '22 with a 3 year guarantee. The Oris website (w/my serial number) shows expiration of warranty 7/25, Bob's insists it expires 7/24, but most importantly the Oris service center says the watch only had 1 year warranty; so now I have to pay for repairs on a 2 year old watch. When I brought this to the attention of Bob's, their Mr. Wes Bendy was just short of rude when I questioned these date discrepancies and has refused to talk with me any further. Despite my anger, I kept the conversation polite, but I guess that wasn't good enough when I told him the discrepancies were not acceptable. Rest assured I will not purchase from Bob's or Oris again; I suggest you do the same !"
