"I sold my MacBook Pro 16” to them. They sent me a shipping box with bubble wrap and shipping popcorn for a small fee. Great seller and a good amount of money for the MacBook Pro."

"The overall experience was good, however, I chose to opt for them to send the prepaid label along with proper packaging for my component (was around $15 in extra cost, subtracted from refund). This was fine and all, but upon delivery of the packaging, BuyBack did not postmark it… meaning, it couldn’t get delivered. I had to go pick it up from USPS and pay $46 for postal services. I reached out to their customer support and never received anything back."
