"The directors are involved and pay attention to what’s going in the classrooms. The teachers engage my child. My child genuinely seems to enjoy going to school. At the last school, my child would cry and have tantrums when taken to school and didn’t have a good experience. It has been the total opposite since joining The Children’s Courtyard."

"As a family, we’ve had the opportunity to see both a highly effective daycare and poor functioning daycare and this is just not meeting the marks we have been very accommodating, but are consistently met with lack of customer service, and ineffectiveness in the analysis and addressing of issues which ultimately result in a poor experience, and metrics not being as well as expectations"
