"I've had nothing but a positive experience with Creative Kids. We had been to a school prior that my daughter absolutely hated. She loves all the staff and her teacher, Ms. Kim, here. I can tell that the front office works very hard with making this school run effectively and efficiently. My daughter takes a while to warm up to new people so the fact she flourishes at this school has made my heart happy. I do not know the salaries of anyone there, but I can tell you it is not enough for what everyone does!"

"We love the school at first. But teachers keep on leaving that should tell the management something is wrong. and because of the lack of teachers, the basic committed services were not performed. like the daily updates, photos, learning plans update, etc. I dropped off my kid everyday but I saw the director always come in after 9am, which majority of the parents left. when pick up, I seldom see the director in school. May be she is busy, but I don't feel how willing she is to talk to the parents. and why, exactly the teachers leave the school without at least like 2 weeks notices? a lot of them just quit? what happened? If the school is not taking this issue seriously, that's scary."
