"Overall, the teachers in the infant room are great. There are just 3 when 4 are needed (2 per shift at least). Also I like the security at door. If not for the teachers we would have already removed him. The Director and front staff need improvement in connecting with parents and addressing concerns, instead of getting defensive when issues are brought to their attention. my main issue is, most of the time their is no resolve. Just a the handbook says this or the teacher said that or we cannot see the videos here. I asked for contact information for corporate/regional and was not provided (in the app). So I hope this makes it to a regional contact at least. Due to work and the need for care, and the fact that we love the infant room teachers, we will pay and keep him there for now."
