Greg is very down to earth, and likeable, and I hope American Carpets knows they have a great salesperson in him. I did not like the payment payment option available, I would preferred to use Pay Pal and noticed that they did not offer financing options.

Shipping:
The flooring was packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Upon unboxing, I was did not notice any damages to the planks.

Customer Service:
Moreover, their customer service was top-notch, because of Greg Renz. I have referred American Carpets and provided Greg's extension.

Final Thoughts:
After installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring, I could note be happier with my choice! The planks not only look stunning, but they are also durable and easy to maintain. They’ve significantly elevated the atmosphere of my home.

"I had my order push off 3 different times. I was given a date and when that date passed I had to follow up with a call. It was then communicated that it was pushed off another few weeks. when that date passed with no communication, I followed up only to find out that it was being pushed off for another few weeks. I had to push the Rep to find out why and to drive the communication to me from him. The below purchase date is incorrect. Order was purchased on 6/10/24 and received on 7/31/24."
