I did not like the payment payment option available, I would preferred to use Pay Pal and noticed that they did not offer financing options.

Shipping:
The flooring was packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Upon unboxing, I was did not notice any damages to the planks.

Customer Service:
Moreover, their customer service was top-notch, because of Greg Renz. I have referred American Carpets and provided Greg's extension.

However, he would take care of me. Well I got my flooring delivered to my house in central Florida paid for shipping and full price for flooring. So, not sure what taking care of me meant. Shipping was a pain to work with. Took longer than promised for delivery. Flooring was okay. But that's it. "
