I ordered the tent and added the optional privacy vestibule. Within an hour they contacted me directly to ask if I ordered two vestibules on purpose, I accidentally selected a vestibule that was already included as a discounted option. They kindly corrected my mistake and refunded $130 to my card, no fuss at all! Everything arrived within a week in perfect condition. Their customer service is great."
