"They wouldn't let me order the parts cause my VIN number didn't match the color of my truck. I informed the service guy that I had my truck painted. He insisted that it was white cause the VIN number. Then he asked me the color code for the part. He works in parts and called me about the color of my vehicle. He should know! If I want a certain part, it's on me. Anyways, they lost my money and me as a customer in the future. Horrible."
