"tl;dr - it would have been a huge mistake to let the negative reviews on this site dissuade me from placing my order with Decor Planet…
I needed to order bathroom fixtures for a vary large renovation project - everything very high end (i.e., top of the line Toto). I sent request for proposals to several suppliers - Decor Planet had the best price. My sales rep Todd Bruce was outstanding. Everything arrived on time in perfect condition and in the process I saved a lot of money. I'll definitely buy from Todd again."
