"Thank goodness for the excellent support. I ended up needing help with download and installation - and the remote technician made the process so painless. The support call started on time and she was so pleasant & patient. She was able to remotely complete the software install and assure me that I did have a permanent license as opposed to a subscription plan. That was important to me. I feel much better . THANK YOU"
