"Orders flowers for an important event. Checked delivery timeframes and entered the event date per their website so, "our team of flower experts ensure your flower order arrives on time" Flowers arrived too late for the event (the day of) and were wilted. Customer service calls went to voicemail as if the company was being run out of a garage. When I finally got a call back they blamed UPS for the delay, in other words, "not our problem."
Well perhaps they should have shipped my order sooner, not taken the order, and not manipulate my expectations with false guarantees of the order being on time. When the flowers did arrive too late on the day of the event they were wilted after being delayed in the hot UPS truck or warehouse.
