"You all are the slowest company to ship items out. I use other services such as yours, and they shipping with them is super fast. My order was placed on Wednesday, I paid an extra $111, for shipping and orders says it’s still being processed. This same situation has played over many times with your company after I place an order and upgrade shipping on top of order. You got to do better with your turn around time of processing and shipping. "
