"Originally I had placed an order for a part that the online ordering system said it would fit in my car. Freeman could have simply fulfilled the order but William Vincent went the extra step to verify and contacted me to let me know there was another part number that would be the exact fit. Many of these parts look so very similar and could possibly "fit" but in today's economy, it is best to help each other, taking that extra step to ensure customer satisfaction - not just for the money, but for the right stuff.
