"My service was bad until I actually spoke with a human being your AI has a lot to be desired! I will never again go on-line with Toyota again if I need anything. Mis information is all you give and it's not worth going to the hassle. As long as I drive Toyota vehicles you will never have to worry about me getting your business. I own 2 bought and paid Cash! For both and needed parts several times on each vehicles. NOTHING like Shaking hands and Saying THANK YOU. I'm not AI so don't treat me like it. 5 Stars C. S. "Ordered several parts. The rest were delivered on a timely manner but for one item with no notification or message that it is not available at the moment it is on back order on their part. Still got charged for an item that was not available in their parts department and got a reply later on AFTER I followed up on my complain that the delivered items was missing one. Will have to wait almost 2 weeks for the item’s ETA to their store. "
