Horrible! They never shipped the sympathy basket I ordered.
"I Ordered a sympathy basket and paid extra for shipping to ensure it arrived on time. It was never delivered and no one ever called or emailed to let me know there was an issue. When I called the day after it should have been delivered all I got was an apology and an explanation that it was out of stock but that they could deliver it a week later. No notification, no heads up, nothing. It's a sympathy basket. Timing is everything. It's useless a week later and if I hadn't called to check, I would never have known. I asked for a full refund. I will never order from them again."
