"Ordered a part in late January to be delivered to the dealership. Thought it would take 2-3 days to arrive and after a week of not hearing anything from the dealer, my wife went to check on the part. She was told the part was there, but they could not find it. I checked back the following week and I was told the part was there, but was told they could not find it and would have to reorder the part. The employee told it would arrive the next morning, but I did not hear anything the next day. I got a call the following day that the part had been found. I went to pick it up and I was told the part was the original order, but it was hidden under some other parts. Very disorganized and poor customer service."
