"I had a little panic when I saw the rug was being shipped from the states and that there was a hefty return fee if I didn’t think it was suitable. However, despite the distance, it was delivered pretty quickly and I was very happy with it. I feel like the fringing cheapens the rug a bit but other than that I love it. It fits perfect in my living room and the colour scheme matched perfectly. It’s also lovely and soft under foot. Arrived well wrapped up in a roll. "

"Upon completing payment we received an email stating "Because of increased volumes and delays with our shipping partners, please allow additional time to receive your tracking number (usually within 24 hours, as long as 2 days). We will send the tracking email to this email address as soon as possible."
The tracking number was never received in a separate email however I was able to track this and see the UPS were delivery this. There was no option to request a delivery day when we could be in, or request a alternatively location to deliver the package. On the day of delivery no one was in and no attempt to deliver to the post room or one of many neighbours in the block was made.
UPS then delivered this to "POST OFFICE, LONDON, GB" They are 716 post offices in London so this is useless information. I attempt to contact both UPS and Rugs.co.uk and was passed between both saying the other one would have the information. In the end the post office that this had been delivered too called me to say this was going to be returned to the US that day unless I collected it.
