They're pretty reasonable for shipping times except for low stock items which you just have to be patient sometimes. They always ship the items they have In stock right away. The boxes are reasonably packed and have rarely suffered any damage in shipping unless it was treated extremely poorly by the mail service. Even then, I think I've only had one claim? And it was successfully resolved. Very happy with JOMASHOP And they will continue to be one of my top saved links for shopping great deals."

"While Jomashop offered a great price on the Citizen Promaster Skyhawks watch I ordered, it took 8 days for it to be delivered and it was delivered with minimal protective stuffing in the most generic watch box that Citizen must make, not what a $500+ watch should come in, and instead of any enclosed warranty or authenticity information or a direction booklet, only a QR code to scan to generic online information.
Other than price, I was not impressed."
