"On 12/15/23 I ordered a software bundle that included Win11 Pro. As I was preparing to install Win11 Pro on my new laptop which came pre-loaded with Win11 Home, I noticed in the fine print 'for clean install only'. My laptop was pre loaded with the OS and some software that i intended to use. I've sent 4 emails to ****@**** explaining the situation and asking if I could get some help with a key for Win11 Pro *upgrade*. I've received no response at all after emailing them 4 times.
