"First of all, I appreciate that my children have a safe environment to go to while I am at work. I have had my kids here for a few years now. I love the staff(Ms. Orlina, Ms. Maryann, Mr. Steve, Ms. Duanne, Ms Anna and Ms. Samantha and all the others, thank you all!) that have been there to help my children grow and develop. I also am happy with the care the teachers provide my kids with. I am just disappointed in the fact that the school is understaffed and the teacher to child ratio is completely a mess. Lately if I am even 2 minutes late, my children get turned away and I have to make other accommodations for them prior to going to work. The school and staff should understand and have empathy that things happen. Especially with small children. So if you are running late as long as you communicate this with a staff member or the Director, there should be some type of arrangements that should/could be made. Not just turn away children that have attended your school for the past few years."
