"The packaging for my small 4 inch light shade replacement was ridiculous. It was put in a 12 x 10 x 10 box. Filled with Styrofoam, and in the middle of this mass of Styrofoam was my little tiny shade. Maybe they should reevaluate Packaging to minimize the amount of waste that the customer has to deal with."
